In Castle Forge, every player contributes to one ever-rising castle, but only the most cunning builder claims victory. Working from the same foundation, you'll add soaring towers, stack walls, hire a small army, and populate villages and cities.

Lay the Foundation
Everyone starts from the same base. The castle grows from a shared first stone, so every decision shapes the board you all build on.

Raise the Castle
Add towers, walls, armies, villages, and cities, each one claimed in your name for points. The higher your structures rise, the more they are worth.

Outscore Your Rivals
Cooperation ends where ambition begins. When the castle is complete, the most cunning builder, not the most generous, takes the crown.
